Where is our data stored?
On servers in Riyadh, and no copy of your data leaves the Kingdom — not even backups.
Is the system integrated with ZATCA?
Yes. E-invoicing is integrated with the Fatoora platform (Phase 2), and each organization connects with its own VAT number from inside the system.
Can the bNOVA team see our data?
No — only with a temporary permission from the board chair or the executive director (or the company manager), which you can end at any time, and every step is logged.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It's fully Arabic and can be installed as an app on phones and computers.
How do we get started?

We have data in Excel — can we move it?
Yes. Members, bills of quantities and contract items are imported from Excel using a ready template.
